This gorgeous log home vacation rental was recently featured on HGTV’s Log Cabin Living and now you can spend a week or weekend and enjoy it too. The Lost Slope Lodge Retreat located in Conway, New Hampshire can accommodate up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The Lost Slope Lodge sits on historic Dundee Ski Mountain located only 13 minutes from downtown North Conway, New Hampshire. The large great room with a stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and picture windows is one of the best spots in the house to relax after a long day outdoors to enjoy the gorgeous mountain views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, quiet reading nook, and family room/game area as well. The Lost Slope offers three bedrooms, one on the main level and two on the lower level (including two king bedrooms and a bunk room with a queen bed), ideal for families. There is an additional reading loft with a pull-out queen futon as well.
This is a steep and winding paved driveway. In the winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended. The log home is equipped with a lock box to hold the keys to the home, as well as an alarm system to keep the home protected when empty.
Access the log home through the side door of the garage to open the doors and park your vehicle(s) in the garage, if you would like. This vacation property is managed by Red Maple Retreats a small, local company, and it is sure to give you a top-notch visit. Check-in is easy with your host nearby to assist you in any way.
Full trash removal service is provided, and you arrive at your log home professionally cleaned, toiletries provided and beds fully made. The welcome book will provide all the home and area details, along with area activities to enjoy.
Guests are surrounded by endless options of things to do including hiking and sledding on Dundee Mountain, biking, running, snowmobiling on local trails, or boating and swimming on Conway Lake (only four minutes away).
And of course, there are multiple options for skiing and riding with Mt. Cranmore, Shawnee Peak, and King Pine just 19 minutes from the door. Attitash, Black, and Wildcat are only an additional 10 minutes away. Cell service is limited until you are inside the home. On a clear day, you may have some service in the driveway, when standing in the main driveway area in front of the garage doors.
There are surveillance cameras in the driveway so that we can ensure guest safety.

Summer is about swimming in lakes and tubing down the Saco River. Fall is all about leaf-peeping from every angle. Winter is all about skiing and snowmobiling, and late spring is a great time for hiking.
